We want you to love your manicure; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, used or opened nail polishes and treatments cannot be accepted for return.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit, including the original packing slip.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our team inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
